q = 1 - p =1 -0.14 =0.86

n = 95

Using binomial distribution,

Mean = = n * p = 95*0.14=13.3

Standard deviation = = n * p * q =  95*0.14*0.86=3.3820

Using continuity correction ,

P(x< 12.5 ) = P((x - ) / < (12.5 -13.3) / 3.3820)

= P(z < -0.24)

Using z table

Probability = 0.0125
