1. Data is not normally distributed then you can not use parametric test like z test, t test etc. in that case we can use non-parametric test.

2. When data is ordinal or ranked data then we can not use normal distribution in that case we can use non parametric test.

3. When during ANOVA the variances of for goups are different we can use normal distribution. inthat case we can use non parametric test.

thus in all three given conditions we can use non parametric test.
