Total sample size = N = 9*5 = 45

Total degrees of freedom = N - 1 = 45 - 1 = 44

Within degrees of freedom = Total degrees of freedom - Between degrees of freedom

Within degrees of freedom = 44 - 4 = 40

So, we have

df1 = 4, df2 = 40, α = 0.05

So the required F critical value by using F-table/excel is given as below:
