Second samples depends on first samples, we always use pair t-test/depends test.
e.g Before diet weight of people, after diet weight of people.
Assumptions
1.Dependent variable should be measured at the interval or ratio level.
2. Related groups indicates that the same subjects are present in both groups.
3.There should be insignificant outliers in the differences between the two related groups.
4.The dependent variable between the two related groups should be approximately normally distributed.
