Practice question 30 at the end of chapter 7 of Sprinthall's Basic Statistical Analysis: 9th ed, asks if the 'Standard Deviation of the entire sampling distribution of means' are a statistic or a parameter.
On page 158 the Standard Deviation of the Distribution of Means is covered and it appears that when using sampling it is a statistic, and when using a population it is a parameter. Am I correct in that this answer would be a statistic?
Thanks so much!
