For construct Boxplot easily we can many statistical software like MS-Excel , Minitab , R.

Here we use Minitab

Steps for Minitab:-

1) Enter the weights(kg) of male lions and weight(kg) of female lions in two separate column.

2) Select Graph -> Select Boxplot -> Select Multiple Y's -> Select Simple -> OK

3) Select weights(kg) of male lions and weight(kg) of female lions in graph variable -> OK

4) And you get the parallel box plot for these data.
