There are ten marbles in a bag. There are two marbles of each color. Each color has one solid and one translucent marble. Two marbles are drawn from the bag. What is the probability that the first marble is green or the second marble is translucent?
I'm very confused about this sentence, the first marble is green or the second marble is translucent. Does that mean I should calculate P(the first ball is green and the second ball is transparent) +P(the first ball is not green and the second ball is translucent) , and there are four situations. P=44/90. Am I right?
