The depth is numerical and there is an ordinal behaviour to it, that is a depth of 5 is greater than 4 which is greater than 3 and so on..

There could also be continuous values in between two integers for the random variable Depth. There could be infinite possible values of depth between two integers. Therefore this is a continuous variable.

As the value of cannot be negative, but the difference between two values has a meaning here, therefore it is an interval variable and a continuous variable.
