The null and alternative hypothesis is

H0 : p =0.2

Ha : p >0.2

= x / n = 50/200=0.25

P0 = 0.2

1 - P0 = 0.8

Test statistic = z

= - P0 / [P0 * (1 - P0 ) / n]

=0.25-0.2 / [(0.2*0.8) /200 ]

=1.77

P(z > 1.77) = 1 - P(z <1.77 ) = 1-0.9616=0.0384 z table

P-value = 0.0384

= 0.05

P-value <

Reject the null hypothesis .
