The data collection strategies could involve
i) Going through the past data for the same approach and looking for the availability of the data, whether in books or through internet,
ii) Taking a decision on how to go through the process considering the budget for the data collection, through enumeration or survey.
ii) Thoroughly analyzing of which field should I require the data, through census or survey.
iv) Look for methods according to the approach to the process, like a sampling stratification.
v) Putting this method for a trial period to validate the approach, taking random people.
vi) Looking for feedback for the better quality and quantity of data.

The research designs could be
i) Exploratory research - This focuses on the looking for the ideas and insights as compared to collecting statistically accurate data.
ii) Descriptive research - It takes up the bulk of online surveying which is considered conclusive in nature due to its quantitative in nature.
iii) Causal research - It tells the cause and effect relationship between variables and also considered to be pre-planned and structured in design.
