The mean dring time for both Route is nearly same.

The variance in the driving time of Route 1 is greater than Route 2. i.e There is larger variability in the driving time of Route 1.

Also From Coefficient of variation(CV) , the CV of Route 2 is less than CV of Route 1 i.e. Route 2 driving time is more consistent.
