Answer #1

z score normal distibution formula:

z = (x - μ) / σ

x = 240.3

μ = 206; σ = 49

P(z> 240.3) = (240.3-206)/49 = 0.70

A score of 60

x = 60;μ = 53; σ = 10

P(z>60) = (60-53)/10 = 0.70

Both scores have the same relative position z score of 0.70 and the are of porbability is 0.7580
