Here null hypothesis is that mean score remain same even after participating in the program and alternative hypothesis is that the score has significantly increased.

Now here, power is the probability of concluding that scores are significantly more after participating in the program when they are really more.

This is being said in 3rd option. Hence the 3rd option is the only correct option.
