i want to survey whether girls of age 13 to 15 are afraid of Cancer or not in nigeria

population :

all girls in nigeria between age 13 to 15

My sampling frame will be to pick every girl whose school Registration number ends with '46'.

As the chance of having 6 as last two digits is about 1/100.

Hence I'll get atleast 1% of the total population.
