a) p = 0.30

1 - p = 1 - 0.30 = 0.70

n = 42

= p = 0.30

=  [p( 1 - p ) / n] = [(0.30 * 0.70) / 42 ] = 0.071

b) p = 0.19

1 - p = 1 - 0.19 = 0.81

n = 56

= p = 0.19

=  [p( 1 - p ) / n] = [(0.19 * 0.81) / 56 ] = 0.052
