Point estimate = sample proportion = = x / n = 303 / 326 = 0.9294

1 - = 1 - 0.9294 = 0.0706

margin of error = E = 0.02

Z/2 = 2.576

sample size = n = (Z / 2 / E )2 * * (1 - )

= (2.576 / 0.02)² * 0.9294 * 0.0706

= 1088

The sample size is required is 1088
