In a survey of 3001 ?adults, a poll asked people whether they smoked cigarettes and whether they always wear a seat belt in a car. The table shows the results of the survey. For each? activity, define a success as finding an individual that participates in the hazardous activity.

A) Calculate the test statistic (H0: p1=p2 // H1: p1?p2 with ?=0.05 level of significance
B) Calculate the p-value.
I don't actually care about the answers, just the process to get the answers (using a Ti-84). Specifically, what commands to use on a Ti-84 to get the answer. I get how to get a result for matched pairs and indepdendent trials, but I don't understand how to calculate success and failure (this type of question) on a Ti-84.
