The results of a Kruskal-Wallis test were significant (X2(4)= 57.56, p <.001)  between the following two statements (360 leaders and supervisors answered the survey questions):

Statement 1:  As a successful leader, I always think that the best decision will be the one with the largest consensus.

Statement 2. As a leader, I do not discuss my decisions with my employees; I just tell them what they have to do.

The Kruskal-Wallis H test is a rank-based nonparametric test that can be used to determine if there are statistically significant differences between two or more groups of an independent variable on a continuous or ordinal dependent variable.

Between the two statements, we have Kruskal-Wallis H test p-value<0.001, thus result is statistically significant. We have null hypothesis in Kruskal-Wallis H test in present scenario as "Statement 1 and Statement 2 receive equal scoring from the respondent’s response". Since we have significant result as p-value is <0.001, thus respondents have different view regarding the two statements rather than giving equal scores to Statement 1 and Statement 2.
