Outlier means the extreme values.

Outlier is problematic only if it is influential , otherwise itis good.

Moreover if you try to find outlier via box plot .It may happen that you get some points outside the whisker , you call it an outlier.

The fact is, it also depends on you. Ifyou see by the visual representation that Observations and fitted values are close enough you can also state that there is no outlier though by computation you get some outlier.
