Typical no. of bathrooms and bedrooms: I'll use median because the distribution of number of bathrooms and bedrooms is not symmetric. And median remains unaffected by the skewness of the distribution.

Square footage: I'll use mode as it represents the most occurred value. So, I can get idea of square footage.

Appraised value of house: I'll use mean to get average value.
