(a)truth value=F(it is not true because 10,000,000,000 and many more numbers are greater than 1,000,000,000).

(b)not a statement since this is not true in every case it depends upon which number has been taken and to whom it is being compared to.

(c)not a statment since this is not true in every case the exercise might be possible is not 12 so we aren't sure.

(d)it is a statement because it is compound statement connected with a connector logical "or" operator .
