In a bank organization, how could you use a two-sample hypothesis test?

Answer #1

In a bank organisation, we could use a two - samples hypothesis test in the following way:

Consider two Branches of the Bank. Branch A and B.

The Bank Administration wants to compare the mean number of customer complaints in respect of the various services offers by the bank in Braches A and B.

For the above purpose two - samples hypothesis test is appropriate.

Here:
H0: Null Hypothesis: ( The mean number of customers complaints of Branches A and B are same)

HA: Alternative Hypothesis: (The mean number of customer complaints of branches A and B are different)
