we will use here regression analysis test to  determine which variable is the better predictor of the other, i.e. make less errors in guessing the outcome.

in the regression analysis, we check the significance of every explanatory variable. if p-value of explanatory variables is greater than 0.05 then we can conclude that the variables are not good predictor and if p-value of explanatory variables is less than 0.05 then we can conclude that the variables are good predictor.
