Here p-value = 0.07 which is greater than the 0.05 so we fail to reject the null hypothesis on the basis of the sample which we are selected.
So we can say that the difference between the means due to the sampling fluctuation and because of the p-value is greater than the 0.05 ( which is fixed before the test) we can not allowed to reject hypothesis of same mean. They may differ but the differences only due to the some other external factors and sampling fluctuation.
Also note that the p-value is not very far from the level of significance. But before conducting the test we fixed type I error ( ) which is a more serious than other errors . So we can not allow large percent of type I error after the test.
