You will be presented with the following Paired t (Test and Confidence Interval) dialogue box:
Click the OK button. The output that Minitab produces is shown below.
P-value=0.607 > 0.05 we fail to reject null hypothesis.
At 5% level of significance there is no significance in body weight following supplementation.
