The sample average and standard deviation in kms for brand A are 35,400 and 4000 respectively. The sample average and standard deviation in kms for brand B are 37,800 and 6600 respectively. Compute a 99% confidence interval for   assuming that the populations are approximately normally distributed. You may not assume that the variances are equal
