Here event B should be such that A and B are mutually exclusive, that means they can't happen simultaneously. So, here B can be a card selected is a Diamond.

Here event C should be such that A and C are Not mutually exclusive, that means they can happen simultaneously. So, here C can be a card selected as an ACE. (as an Ace of spade can be get selected).
