A generally accepted rule is that α of 0.6-0.7 indicates an acceptable level of reliability, and 0.8 or greater a very good level.

The alpha value is 0.54 without deleting anything, which doesn't come under the range for an acceptable level of reliability. So we will be deleting those variables which are helping the alpha value to get into that range.

By deleting the Verbal skill-sending message, the alpha value is increasing whereas, for others, it is decreasing. Hence,

Deleting a verbal skill-sending message only is the answer.
