That means, if we take a sample of 100 medical students,there is 90% chance that the number of students who plan to work in a rural community will fall between 20 and 60. Or in general, if we take a sample of n students, there is 90% chance that the students who plan to work in a rural community will fall between (n*20/100) =n/5 and (n*60/100)=3n/5.
