From the given set of mean and SD, we see that each set has mean 22.

Now to find which set is homogeneous i.e. scores more similar to each other we use SD.

And a low standard deviation indicates that all the values are close to the mean and a high standard deviation indicates that the all the values are spread out over a wider range. So from the above discussion we clearly say that lower SD indicates homogeneity of data ]

Here, we see that each set has mean 22. And third set has lower SD = 3 and all the other set has SD greater than 3. So third set represents a more homogeneous data set.
