Long Line Under Cooked Over Cooked Wrong Order
Long Line 1
Under Cooked 0.942269839 1
Over Cooked 0.140270385 0.216807497 1
Wrong Order 0.916044193 0.883242859 0.117340981 1

This is a correlation matrix that I created in excel. I don't really understand how to interpret this.

Based on the matrix:

1. Which categories seem to be related to the number of long lines. (I believe it would be under cooked and wrong orders)

2. Any explanation why those two categories could attribute to the number if long lines

Answer #1

Here' the answer to the question. Please let me know in case you've doubts.

1. The high values of correlation of Long Line are 0.9422 and 0.9160 which are with UnderCooked and Wrong Order
so, answer is : Under Cooked and Wrong Order

2.

The possible explanation why those categories could attribute to the number if ling lines:

> "Under Cooked" dishes will lead to re-cooking and therefore longer wait times. The longer wait time of customers lead to Long Line

> "Wrong Order" dishes will lead to re-delivery/re-cooking and therefore longer wait times. The longer wait time of customers lead to Long Line
