I took this Kaggle dataset of the heights and weights of 5000 men and 5000 women and ran some basic statistics:

• the average man weighs 187.02lbs with a standard deviation of 19.78lbs.

• the average woman weighs 135.86lbs with a standard deviation of 19.02lbs.

Convert the mean and standard deviation of weights for men and women into the stone units. A stone is 14lbs.

We have to convert the mean and standard deviation of weights for men and women into the stone units.

A stone is 14lbs.

Then 1 lbs = 1/14 stone unit.

Thus for man weight:

Mean = 187.02 / 14

Mean =13.36 stones

Standard deviation = 19.78 / 14

Standard deviation = 1.4129 stones.

For woman weight:

Mean = 135.86 / 14

Mean = 9.70 stones

Standard deviation = 19.02 / 14

Standard deviation = 1.3586 stones.
