To test :Ho : p1 = p2 vs H1 : p1 < p2

Where p1 is population proportion for men and population proportion for women p2

test statistic.

Z = (p1hat - p2 hat) / sqrt ((p1 hat *(1 - p hat)) * (p2 hat * (1 - p2hat))

critical value = - 1.28

Decision : we reject Ho if test statistic value is greater than critical value

### we don't know sample proprtion and sample size for men and women so we can't find out test statistic value

Conclusion : it depends upon our decision.
