Let us compute the total remaining people after person 7 is selected as:
= (54 - 7) = 47

We are to select 9 more people. Keeping the fixed interval as 5 (it could be anything less than or equal to 5)

For a fixed interval of 5, the sample here with the given plan is obtained as:
