Thus we have:

n = Number of trials = Number of surveyed people = 200

x = Number people vote for Joe Biden.

Responses would be either Vote to Joe Biden or didn't vote to Joe Biden.

thus outcomes are either success or failure.

There would be some chance or fix probability p of voting to Joe Biden.

Thus random variable x = Number people vote for Joe Biden follows Binomial distribution with parameters n and p.
