We want Average to be 165 for total (56+3) ie 59 games

So total points required = 165*59 = 9735

Total points till now = 56*163 = 9128

So she needs a total of (9735-9128) = 607 points from the remaining three games.

So average for the three games = 607/3= 202.333

a) So the required average for the remaining three games is 202.333

b) Given her past performance average of 163, it is highly unlikely that suddenly her average for the next three games would be around 202.

So it's unlikely that she would be able to raise the whole average by 2 points after the next 3 games.
