A restaurant is experiencing discontentment among its customers. The feedback revealed that there are three factors responsible; F1: food quality, F2: service quality and F3: interior décor. By conducting an analysis, it assesses the probabilities of discontentment (D) with the three factors as 0.40, 0.35 and 0.25 respectively. By conducting a survey among discontented customers, the probabilities of a customer going away discontented given these factors are 0.6, 0.7 and 0.5 respectively. The restaurant wants to know that if a customer expresses discontentment, what are the probabilities that it is so due to food, service or interior décor. 1- Find the P(F1), P(F2), P(F3), P(D|F1), P(D|F2) and P(D|F3) 2- What is the probability of discontentment? 3- Which factor the restaurant will have to give maximum attention?
