Solution:- Since there are 8 rock albums, 12 blue albums and 4 classical albums. So total number of albums is = 8+12+4=24. Now 2 albums are chosen then the total number of ways of choosing 2 albums are 24C2= (24×23)/2 = 276.

Now we have to find the probability that both 2 albums chosen, are blue.So total number of ways tor selecting blue albums are 12C2 = (12×11)/2 = 66.

Hence the required probability = (12C2/24C2) = 66/276 = 0.239.

Hence option 'c' is correct.
