1) given P(A and B)=0.23
if two events are said to mutually exclusive if and only P(A and B) = 0
but in this case it is 0.23 so, A and B are not mutually exclusive

if two events are said to collectivelly exhaustive if and only P(C or D) = S
in our case sample space s =1
so in our case it is 0.67 so , C and D are not collectivelly exhaustive
