Homework Answers

Answer #1

a.
Percentage of men who prefer Jessepe’s = (50/150) * 100 = 33.33%

Percentage of men who prefer Guidio’s = (180/360) * 100 = 50%

Percentage of women who prefer Jessepe’s = (200/250) * 100 = 80%

Percentage of women who prefer Guidio’s = (36/40) * 100 = 90%

b.

Combined percentage that preferred Jessepe’s = (50 + 200) * 100 / (150 + 250) = 62.5%

Combined percentage that preferred Guidio’s = (180 + 36) * 100 / (360 + 40) = 54%

c.
