we can say for one year increase in age increase in individual get a flu shot
we expect to see 5.13% increases in odds for individual get a flu shot

exp(b2) = exp(-0..16)
= 0.852
we can say for one-unit increase in health awareness index decraese in individual get a flu shot
we expect to see 14.8% decrease in odds for individual get a flu shot

exp(b3) = exp(1.46)
= 4.306
