To add data analysis option in your tool bar( ignore this part if data analysis is showing in your tool bar after selecting data tab)

  1. Click on FILE> Options> Add-Ins
  2. From the manage box appearing select Excel Add-Ins. click Go.
  3. From the Add-Ins available box appearing select Analysis Tool pack then click Ok.

this will add data analysis to your tool bar.

doing Regression.

  1. Click on DATA tab select Data Analysis.
  2. From the Analysis Tools select Regression. click on Ok.
  3. In Input y range select sales as y column.
  4. In Input x range select population as x column.
  5. Click on Ok.

This will give you the above result.
