If an ANOVA test indicates there is a difference among the group means, in order to identify which specific means are statistically different from the others, you would use: Select one:

a. T test

b. Tukey-Kramer procedure

c. F test

d. Levene test

Answer #1

We know that t test is used one sample mean and two sample means, but it is not used after the ANOVA test

F test is used to compare to two different population variances, so it cant be used after ANOVA for finding out the mean difference.

levene test is also a separate test like t test and F test, which tests whether variances are equal or not. So, it is also not useful

We know that Tukey-Kramer procedure is a post hoc test which is used to actually know where the difference exists between means.

so, option B is correc

Comment briefly on the following statements and determine whether or not the statements are true: 1.   In one factor ANOVA where the factor is fixed, a highly significant F statistic (p <0.001) indicates that the K population means are all different. 2.   In one factor ANOVA, we need to use multiple comparisons (like Tukey procedure) because it is impossible to compare K means all at once.
