In the second case that is, A respondent grumble about doing the survey, so an interviewer decides to skip and asking the demographic questions, the data collection person has violated the conditions of the researcher questions by not asking the demographic questions and willfully skipping it juts becase the respondent is mumbling about the survey.

Hence, the researcher is not getting his survey fully completed because of the unwillingness of the respondent and data collection person,
