Suppose there are x% of girls in the 10 groups of the university.

Hence there are (100 - x )% of boys in the 10 groups of that particular university.

Now if we know the value of x then we may conclude about that the number of boys in the groups is larger than the number of girls or not.

So either we have to know the value of x or the girls-boys ratio.

Hence we can say that from the given information, we can't say that the number of boys in the groups is larger than the number of girls.
