2. Standard deviation of BMI represent the spread of all BMI from the mean value. That is the spread from mean value is 9.521466836

3. Median of BMI represent the middale value of all BMI's that is 50% BMI values lies below the median value and 50% BMI value lies above the median BMI value.

4. Variance gives the variability which same as standard deviation only unit of them is different. Variance is nothing but square of standard deviation.

Spread or variability of data is 90.65833072.
