Please assist me in identifying the sampling design that would be best suited for the following purposes and explain how you would draw the sample using this technique.

You want to interview a representative sample of undergraduate students but conclude that there is no way to use probability sampling methods. You decide on a non-probability method. The registrar gives you counts of Management Studies, Health Sciences, Education, and Science students, plus how many male and female students are in each category.

The best sampling technique here is clearly purposive sampling, however, I am confused as to whether it is quota sampling or judgement sampling.
