(But in case of Kelvin scale it would be ratio scale as here 0 point being absolute)

D) no. Of cars imported over last 5 years is Ratio level of measurement , no. Of cars for a specific period could be zero too , so as we are considering absolute 0 so we have Ratio scale of measurement .
