Verification is the process of checking whether the specifications are satisfied or not and validation is proof that something is fact or acceptable.

For example, we expect that television can be watched for 3 hours without heating up and we check it by watching the television for three hours, on the other hand, if after verification we accept that television does not heat up for 3 hours is called validation.
