I think rendomised block design that is two way analysis is more appropriate with factorial experiment and nested blocking structure.

Procedure of randomisation :

1: devide the total experimental material into groups or block of size certain units.

2: Blocks are constructed such that the experimental units withina block are relatively homogenious and resemble to each other more closely than the units in the different blocks.

3: Now treatment are allocated rendomly to each block in such a way that each unit have same chance of being selected for treatments.
